Terms of Service

1. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the service.

You sign in with a link we email you. Keep access to that email safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

One person, one free gift: free credits are protected against duplicate accounts, and we may hold or remove gifts that break this rule.

2. Credits and payments

Generations are paid in credits. You see the exact price of a generation before you start it, and that is the price we charge.

If a generation fails, the credits go back to your balance automatically.

Purchased credits and plans are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund.

Credits that come with a plan expire at the end of the billing period. Credits you receive as a gift or buy separately do not expire.

Prices, plans and the models on offer can change. A change never affects a generation you already started.

3. What you own

You keep all rights you have in what you upload, and you own what you generate with the service.

You may use what you generate for any lawful purpose, including commercial use, on every plan, as long as you follow these terms and the law.

Outputs come from third-party AI models. Similar outputs may be generated for other people, and we do not guarantee that an output is unique or free of third-party rights.

To run the service you give Melter a licence to host, process and send your uploads, prompts and outputs to the model providers we use, and to show work you make public on your profile and in public galleries. You can make public work private again at any time.

4. What you may not create

Nothing that sexualises minors, and no sexual or nude content of any kind.

No images or videos of a real person made or shared without their consent, including face and character swaps; you confirm consent before every swap, and no one in a swap may be under 18.

No content that impersonates real public figures, deceives people about real events, or uses protected characters or brands you have no right to use.

Nothing illegal, violent, hateful or harassing, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights.

5. How we moderate

We check prompts and uploaded photos and videos automatically before any cost, and some uploads go to manual review.

Face and character swap results are checked before you get them, and swaps always stay private.

We may decline a request, remove content, or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Automated checks are not perfect, and you remain responsible for what you create and share.

6. Third-party models

Melter gives you access to AI models run by other companies. Their availability, quality and limits can change, and we may add or remove models at any time.

Results vary and may contain mistakes. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending the service

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time in Settings.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

9. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect; continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.
